About Senem

Hi, I'm Senem. I help brands turn complex communication challenges into simple creative systems that people understand, creators embrace, and teams can execute consistently. Over 5+ years across agency, brand, and creator-economy environments, I've built content strategy for global brands including Philips, Nestlé, ASUS ROG, and NVIDIA Studio.

My approach: decode the brief, find the cultural tension, build the creative framework, then adapt it across every creator, channel, and touchpoint from influencer content to integrated digital, social and OOH without losing brand consistency.

Currently strengthening my expertise across performance marketing fundamentals, B2B content funnels, and email marketing, complementing my experience in campaign strategy, content systems, AI-assisted workflows, and SEO-aware content.

The 360° Advantage

My career has moved across media, agency, brand, communications and creator economy environments. This helps me understand the logic of media planners, the ambition of creative teams, the pressure of brand managers and the reputation lens of communication leaders.

How I Think

Most creative processes start with an idea. Mine starts with a diagnosis: where does a brand actually earn the right to speak inside a cultural moment, not just the right to advertise in it. That diagnosis becomes a territory, a piece of cultural logic strong enough to generate hundreds of formats without ever repeating itself. The campaign isn't the work. The system underneath it is.

How I Think strategic methodology board

Strategic thinking sample: Sephora Turkey Valentine's Day 2026, pitch preparation.

See the thinking process

The brief: Sephora Turkey's Valentine's Day 2026 pitch asked for two full strategic directions built end to end, positioning, content ecosystem, creator selection, publishing calendar and reporting approach, with fragrance as the priority product and Beauty Advisors as the creative focus. The mandate was to be singular and disruptive, generate viral reach, and still tie back to measurable sales impact.

Finding the tension: Instead of starting from the product, I read the cultural conversation around Valentine's Day and found that the real friction wasn't the shopping step. People aren't struggling to buy a gift, they're struggling to find one that says 'I know you.' That's an expression problem, not a purchase problem.

Defining the brand's role: Beauty Advisors don't just recommend products, they remove decision anxiety. That reframed Sephora's role from retailer to translator of affection, and became the strategic territory: 'My Love Language is Sephora,' built on three functions: curator of modern love, reducer of uncertainty, enabler of expression.

Building the content system: I broke the territory into six content pillars so it could scale without repeating itself: Celebrity Love Languages, Self Love Narratives, Couple Stories, Pop Culture Extensions, Zodiac Content, and Retail Activation, each with its own format logic and creator brief.

Mapping the journey: I mapped the funnel across four stages, awareness, consideration, conversion and advocacy, each with a specific emotional goal and content role, then translated it into concrete executions: PR and editorial coverage, TikTok and Reels social content, in-store experience design, and gifting zones, all tied back to the brief's original KPIs: awareness, viral reach, engaged community, and sales uplift.
